Household Expenses : electric bill, water bill, gas bill, telephone bill, insurance payments, etc.

Photo identification card : Drivers license

Social Security Card

A credit history of not making timely payments and/or having too much debt is the number one reason for not being approved.  If you don't know what is on our credit report or if you have a bad credit report, you should consider working to improve your credit report before submitting an application.

We are pledged to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the nation. We encourage and support an affirmative advertising and marketing program in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation, or sources of income.
